Hotel and Retail Building
As part of the overall project being undertaken on the Market Quarter Site in Rugby, PLK Properties successfully completed the above phase in joint venture with Anglo Holt.
This comprised a 72 bedroom hotel let to Travelodge and a 4,000 sq ft retail unit pre let to Tesco for a convenience store.
Works on this building commenced in March 2010 and completed and opened for trading in October 2010.
The investment has been pre sold.
