Works commenced in October 2009 following a three year process of planning and refinancing post the Credit Crunch. The scheme comprise s47 affordable units, 45 extra care apartments, 69 market apartments, an 80 bedroom care home, a 72 bedroom hotel, 4,000 sq ft convenience store, 40,000 sq ft offices, a community centre and a 2.5 acre public park.
PLK Properties key responsibilities has been to negotiate the Development Agreements with the Council, and procure the commercial elements of the scheme. |
