In the heart of Birminghams Jewellery Quarter
This site was acquired in September 2003 and is located in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter. The Council were keen to see new commercial uses in this location to serve its resident working and living population together with the thousands of tourists who visit this renowned centre for jewellery.
Jointly with MCD we acquired a flatted factory above and behind retail units. We demolished the three storey factory element to create a secure car park to serve new offices that now sit above the retail units which include among others a Tesco Express.
The offices are now let to Chetwood Associates, Blue Horizons and Midlands & City Developments.
