site in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. This was
acquired through a SPV where PLK Properties is a major
share holder. The finance was provided from Anglo Irish
Bank.
Planning consent for the first phase was obtained for 35 residential units.
The freehold purchase was negotiated to enable the creation of a two acre site with a new residential consent in part and with an income stream generated from the remainder of the site.
This investment was sold successfully earlier this year. |
